In 2018 Alice Springs Brewing Co was born! Starting off with a 50L pilot brewery and then adding a 500L brewing system a couple of months later. Today Alice Springs Brewing Co is continuing its rapid growth and expansion. In 2020 Alice Springs Brewing Co recruited new Head Brewer Jum Ryan (ex Little Creatures) who now oversees the day-to-day brewing operations. Alongside its taphouse operation, it also distributes to the whole of the Northern Territory and has plans to further expand into other states and territories across Australia in 2022.
