Guests at Ellis Wines cellar door will have an option to taste their estate-grown Premium, Signature and Rebel Range Shiraz, Signature Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rose, Viognier and Moscato.
Their vineyard is in the Heathcote region, nestled upon the Mount Camel range at Colbinabbin. They have been producing award-winning wines, with help from the famous 510 million-year-old Cambrian soils for 21 years. Their vineyard was established by Bryan and Joy Ellis in 1999 and they were proud to be awarded a 5 Star Winery, Top 10 Dark Horse Winery and Best of the Best in the 2021 Halliday Wine Companion.
